Enjoy a French twist on comfort food with Yves Quemarais' tomato recipe. 45 mins 4 Easy Ingredients 1 puff pastry roll 12 normal sized tomatoes 50g fresh oregano 10ml olive oil Salt and pepper 2 tbsp smoked paprika 1 tbsp sugar Method Cut 4 circles of puff pastry each measuring 8 cm of diameter. Peel each tomato, chop them into quarters and scoop them out. Add the seasonings (Salt, pepper, olive oil, paprika and sugar). Arrange the tomatoes in a circle mould by alternating with the oregano and finish with the puff pastry. Cook for half an hour at 180°c in a preheated oven and remove from mould while still warm.
