Ingredients

  • 700g Cirio Passata Rustica (crushed tomatoes)
  • 4 single-portions sea bass
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Flour
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and chilli pepper

Method

Grease the bottom of a baking tray.

Place half the passata (crushed tomatoes) on the bottom and add the wine and the crushed garlic. Coat the sea bass in flour, place on the tray and then cover with the passata, making sure it is coated on all sides.

Cut the lemons into slices and place them onto the sea bass fish. Salt and chilli pepper to taste and seal with aluminium foil.

Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 170° C
