Apple slices with peanut butter, celery, raisins and pumpkin seeds make for a healthy, quick-to-prepare, carb-free snack. The crisp celery goes perfectly with the sweet raisins and crunchy pumpkin seeds.

  • 1 apple
  • 1 ½ tbsp peanut butter
  • ½ stick of celery, sliced
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds


Core and slice the apple and spread each slice with the peanut butter.

Scatter over the celery, raisins and pumpkin seeds then serve.
