It is the most famous Brazilian sweet treat and the perfect 'free from' dessert. 10 mins Makes 24 Easy Ingredients 250g cashew nut butter 50g coconut milk, full fat 20 dates, soaked in water for a 1 hour 2 tbsp cocoa powder 4 tbsp coconut palm sugar 50g cocoa nibs, pour out into a small, shallow bowl Method Using a food processor with a “S” shape blade, mix all the ingredients together until a smooth paste is formed. Ensuring you have dry hands, shape each tbsp of the thick mixture into balls. Next roll the balls into the cocoa nibs and serve in candy cases.
