Ingredients

  • 1tbsp Almond butter
  • 2tsp  Maple Syrup
  • 250ml Almond Milk
  • 5 tbsp Oats
  • 1tbsp Chia Seed
  • 100g Kiwi Berries
  • 3 tbsp Yogurt
  • 2 tsp Chopped Almonds

Method

Beat the almond butter and maple syrup into the almond milk and tip over the oats and chia seeds, stir well. Stir in ⅔ of the berries chopped.

Cover and leave to soak overnight. (or at least for 2 hrs) Serve topped with layers of the remaining berries, yogurt and sprinkled with chopped almonds.
