Jake's Bar is celebrating the launch of its brand new cocktail menu and, to celebrate, they have provided us with an exclusive recipe for one of their new cocktails - the Pink 75 - a twist on the classic French 75.

  • 12.5ml Broker's Gin
  • 12.5ml Chambord
  • 12.5ml lemon juice
  • Topped Prosecco



Add the gin, chambord and lemon juice to a Boston shaker – add ice and shake for 30 seconds.

Strain the mix into a champagne flute and top with Prosecco. Sprinkle lemon zest over the top.
