The Sheffield Food festival which is free to attend and is now in its 7th year is set to be on the 27th – 29th of May in Sheffield City Centre is the cities biggest free to attend three day event.
Around 30,000 people are expected to visit over the three main days of the event and our audience is mainly families, but organisers are also introducing a few new key attractions this year to extend the normal opening hours of 11am – 6pm to go up to 11pm on Saturday and Sunday, with the new Eats, Treats & Beats Festival Village at the top of Fargate, which will bring in a wider group of adults in line with the recent UK boom in street food themed events with live music and licensed bars as part of the attraction.
