Following last year's success, Harlow Carr is set to play host to a weekend of merriment yet again, showcasing the finest of Yorkshire brewing.

Harlow Carr Real Ale and Cider Festival will feature a range of interesting, unusual and eminently quaffable real ales and ciders from the four corners of Yorkshire.

Enjoy tasting the produce of local breweries whilst relaxing to live music in the serene backdrop of RHS Harlow Carr gardens.

There will also be a chance to meet local brewers and experience home-brewing demonstrations for you to try your hand at making real ale and cider.

Outdoor cooking demonstrations will feature at the festival, where chefs will be conjuring up a range of dishes using local real ale and cider as the basis for their recipes.

The garden will be open late for the festival (last entry 7pm, garden closes at 8pm) so visitors can savour a pint or two into the early evening. Normal garden admission.
