The expert cake decorators from award winning  craft bakery, Bettys, will demonstrate their skills with royal icing and reveal how they design and make their cakes.

They will be giving participants the opportunity to try their hand at piping work to decorate their own fondant fancy and butter biscuit under their expert guidance.

A delicious two-course set lunch will be served with tea or coffee.
