Scarborough Food Festival returns this August with plenty of local retailers taking part.

The food market will be be held on Westborough, just by the train station making it accessible by public transport.

The festival is set to take place on August 15th three days after the official start of the grouse season.

The event will include many regular food and drink suppliers, such as: Yorkshire Wolds Sausage, The Blessed Olive, English Heritage.

The event will run from 9:30Am till 4PM giving visitors all day to purchase food and drink supplies.

Caroline Anderson of The Market Managers, which organises Scarborough Food Fair, said:

“We are looking forward to our August market which we hope will be the biggest yet.”

“Scarborough Food Fair is the town’s leading outdoor foodie event at which customers can buy quality products for their larder.”

“It’s the ideal time to stock up for that barbeque or picnic now that the holiday season is here. And for those looking for an edible gift or two, Scarborough Food Fair’s the place to be!”

If you are unable to get the August event, the fair plans to return every third Saturday of the month with the next event being on the 19th of September.
